SKID

Nexson Group’s SKID is used for chemical cleaning heat exchangers or cleaning process of materials and equipment when there is a loss in performance, due to obstructions by the fouling of the heat transfert area. Nexson Group offers a solution to save time and money, usually lost during maintenance or replacement of spare parts. This will be done with our compact, autonomous and robust CIP or CTO, which can be supplied with cleaning products intended for titanium and stainless steel.

Our SKID is particularly easy to use since all you need to do is connect the hoses to the exchanger and follow the steps. With our CIP, the heat exchanger quickly regains its performances at a lower cost. Therfore, it allows a quick and economical cleaning solution, without dismantling the heat exchanger.

With our CTO, place the equipment in the appropriate compartment and connect the hoses in the CTO, with the option of connecting external equipment. A pressure test can be performed to check connections. The CTO then fills its tanks with water heated by a resistance heater or steam exchanger

Cleaning heat exchanger

Clean In Place (CIP Module)

How Nexson Group can facilitate the cleaning of your installation whatever the type of exchanger used and help you preserve the thermal characteristics of your heat exchanger.

Nexson Group is your supplier for a large range of clean in place (CIP) units suitable for all types of heat exchangers enabling :

• To keep your process loop always clean
• To less expose your workers to chemicals
• To maintain plant capacity / process availability
• To save time

Connect the CIP module hoses to drains & vents connections, run the CIP process, disconnect the CIP unit. The heat exchanger is back to full performance capacity again.

These CIP modules are also used for process equipment cleaning such as tanks, piping, pumping systems, etc.

Cleaning Tools

Cleaning Tools (CTO Module)

The wash cabin is designed to optimize the cleaning process of materials and equipment. Place the equipment in the appropriate compartment and connect the hoses in the
cabin, with the option of connecting external equipment. A pressure test can be performed to check connections. The cabin then fills its tanks with water heated by a resistance heater or steam exchanger.

During the first pre-wash (sludge removal phase), some of this water is evacuated to remove the heaviest dirt. During the wash phase, water recirculates through the compartments with or without detergent, while cross-contamination is avoided thanks to compartment isolation and hygienic design. The wash water is then drained and replaced by clean, cold water for rinsing (rinse phase).

The water recirculation and delivery phases are managed by a PLC with or without HMI adapted to the customer’s specific needs, with automatic or manual routing as required. This automated wash cabin ensures efficient, hygienic cleaning,
perfectly adaptable to each customer’s requirements.
