Professional equality index 2025
In the form of a score out of 100, every company with over 50 employees must calculate its gender equality index. The index is made up of four main criteria (five for companies with over 250 employees) which assess inequalities between men and women in the workplace.
Each year, companies with at least 50 employees are required to calculate the gender equality index and publish the score obtained.
As a company with over 50 employees, Nexson Group publishes its gender equality index.
(2) No return from maternity leave during the reference period.
(3) In accordance with Index regulations, these scores cannot be calculated if the maximum number of points that can be obtained, in total, by these companies, is less than seventy-five points (Decree n°2019-15 of January 8, 2019).

For 30 years, the GRETH has linked an industrial group made up of more than 80 industrial producers focused on manufacturing heat exchangers and equipment as well as providing solutions for thermal installations and efficient energy conversion.
As an active member of the GRETH, Nexson group is led by the desire to develop and integrate innovative components, a goal shared by the members of the GRETH. This drive to develop and integrate mainly revolves around heat exchangers and innovative methodologies to achieve significant gains in energy efficiency of industrial systems.
