Nexson CLEAN SKID – CIP is a compact, autonomous cleaning skid designed for efficient chemical cleaning of heat exchangers without dismantling. Its closed-loop single-pass design integrates tank, pump, heating, and regulation systems, allowing fast and safe cleaning at high flow velocities and adjustable temperatures.

Built in 316/316L stainless steel, CLEAN SKID – CIP ensures durability and compatibility with stainless and titanium exchangers. Flow reversal valves enhance cleaning efficiency, while the internal filter basket prevents contamination, offering a reliable, cost-effective solution to restore performance in fouling conditions.
