The Rectangular Tube Heat Exchangers is a compact, fully welded thermal solution specifically developed for sludge-to-sludge heat recovery and biosolids treatment. This robust equipment is designed to operate without gaskets between tubes, allowing for the processing of aggressive or loaded fluids at temperatures up to 150°C and pressures of 8 bar.
Thanks to its modular design and openable version with integrated hinges, the GREENTUBE™ RT facilitates maintenance and high-pressure cleaning, even for fluids containing large particles up to 30 mm. It is a major technological driver for energy efficiency and wastewater treatment, providing maximum reliability with zero risk of leakage over time.
