Nexson GREENSPIRAL™ Type 1 heat exchangers construction, consist of 2 or 4 concentric channels of plates rolled together, onto which spacer pins are welded to create, spaced, single passage channels that facilitates turbulent flows to handle fouling medias and have a self-cleaning effect.

GREENSPIRAL™ versatile design allows us to handle one or two fouling fluids in extreme operating conditions, and our customized fit for purpose approach optimizes the flow rates per unit, the channel space vs particle size, and the pressure drop across each channel.

Nexson GREENSPIRAL™ Type 1 High Pressures (HP) heat exchangers construction, consist of 2 or 4 concentric channels of plates rolled together, onto which spacer pins are welded to create, spaced, single passage channels that facilitates turbulent flows to handle fouling medias and have a self-cleaning effect.

The uniform, precise engineered thermal spiral core design, defined cross section that combined with turbulent flows allows the GREENSPIRAL™ heat exchanger technology to have no dead zones in the channels,
maximizing the heat transfer surface.

The GREENSPIRAL™ Type 1 BB/BW (Biosolids/Biosolids and Biosolids/Water) is specifically design to handle highly fouling sludges in the Biogas and Waste Water treatment applications.

The construction consist of two concentric channels of plates rolled together, the spacing and width are controlled by special guideways and chosen in accordance with the customer’s requirements and working conditions.

The single passage channel facilitates turbulent flows to handle the high solids, fibers and other particles content that are commonly present, and still have a self-cleaning effect to avoid fouling
