P&S – TYPE K

Nexson GREEN P&S™ Type K is a compact, fully welded plate and shell kettle reboiler designed for high-efficiency evaporation in demanding applications. Operating as a flooded evaporator, it maintains the refrigerant in a submerged state for optimal heat transfer.

Ideal for refrigeration, heat pump, and ORC cycles, it evaporates media like ammonia using a hot stream in counter-current flow. The integrated manifold ensures effective phase separation, while minimizing shell size, wall thickness, and fluid volume — resulting in reduced operational costs.
