GreenBox W is made of square corrugated plates welded together, forming the heart of the Heat Exchanger which is trapped in a shell. There are no gaskets between plates which allows to work with high temperature steam and aggressive media. The waterproofness is done by a strong weld.

Nexson welded plate heat exchangers reduces significantly installation, operation and maintenance.
2 semi-fouling medias
This welded heat exchanger is designed to handle one or two semi fouling medias at the same time. Fouling handling is done thanks to corrugated plates which offer high shear stress values on the wall surface

Crossed circulation of the fluids allows a high transfer coefficient of temperature. It permits a huge reduction of your energy costs.
LOW INSTALLATION COSTS

Thanks to the corrugated plates , combined with high K value, you can reach a very close temperature approach and even get a crossing temperature
