SPHE – TYPE 1 L/L

Nexson GREENSPIRAL™ Type 1 plate heat exchangers construction, consist of 2 or 4 concentric channels of plates rolled together, onto which spacer pins are welded to create, spaced, single passage channels that facilitates turbulent flows to handle fouling medias and have a self-cleaning effect.

GREENSPIRAL™ versatile design allows us to handle one or two fouling fluids in extreme operating conditions, and our customized fit for purpose approach optimizes the flow rates per unit, the channel space vs particle size, and the pressure drop across each channel.
