Les microcanaux (d&rsquo;une taille de 30 microns) sont grav\u00e9s chimiquement ou m\u00e9caniquement dans des plaques de m\u00e9tal, empil\u00e9s, puis coll\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudage par diffusion sous vide.
